Founded in 2013, Xingtai Jutai New Materials Co., Ltd. (formerly Hengshui Jufeng Plastic Technology Co., Ltd.) is located in the Nangong Economic Development Zone, Hebei, China. With over a decade of specialized focus on powder and granule packaging, we are a trusted manufacturer offering one-stop packaging solutions—from film blowing, printing, and embossing to automated bag making.

Foundation & Technological Accumulation
2013 | Company Establishment Founded in Jizhou District, Hengshui City, with a total investment of RMB 25 million, specializing in industrial packaging solutions such as PE valve bags, EVA batch inclusion bags, and FFS heavy-duty sacks.
Technological & Quality Foundation
v Advanced Equipment: Introduced 3-layer co-extrusion film blowing units and high-speed bag-making machinery to establish scalable, high-volume production for PE valve bags.

Strategic Transformation & Brand Upgrading
August 2022 | Corporate Restructuring & Expansion Hengshui Jufeng Plastic officially reorganized into Xingtai Jutai New Materials Co., Ltd. and relocated to the Nangong Economic Development Zone in Xingtai. Registered capital was increased to RMB 20 million, backed by a RMB 150 million fixed asset investment. Expanded into bio-based material R&D and secured official qualification for hazardous chemical packaging production.
